対応が追い付かないって英語でなんて言うの？

ご質問ありがとうございます。 すごく長い英文を書いてしまってすみません！でも、ビジネス的な英文を紹介したいと思います。 「we have been flooded with questions and reservations」は「問い合わせや予約が殺到して」の意味です。reservationsのかわりにreservation requestsを入れてもいいです。 「since being featured in the media」は「メディアで取り上げられてから」です。メディアより細かくして、「新聞」（in the newspaper）とかテレビ（on the TV）も使えます。 「are having trouble keeping up with our responses.」は「対応がおいていていません、ごめんなさい」です。「having trouble with」は「can't keep up with」より丁寧な言い方だと言えますがどっちでも使えます。 ご参考いただければ幸いです。
