この機械は接触不良で壊れてるって英語でなんて言うの？

接触不良とは英語で "contact failure" と言います。"a contact failure" と言うと1つだけですが一般にそう言われています。2つ以上の場合は "multiple contact failures" と言うのが普段ですがそれが確かではない場合は言われていません。
壊れているとは "it's broken" と言えて、 "it won't work" （動かない、作業できない のような意味）も言えます。

This machine is broken due to a contact failure.
この機会は接触不良で壊れている。

This machine has a contact failure and won't work.
この機会には接触不良で動かない。
