"I don't even wake up"＝「～でさえ目が覚めない」
"to the sound of thunder"＝「雷の音に」
または、"I slept through thunder" (雷が鳴っている最中、寝続けていました）というフレーズも考えられます。
「気が付かなった」という場合は、"I didn't notice the sound of thunder, and I slept right through it." と言えます。
この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。
A: Do you ever wake up in the middle of the night?
「夜中に目が覚めることがありますか？」
B: I don't wake up even if it starts to thunder.
「雷が鳴ったとしても起きません」
