"If you leave it there"＝「もしそこにそれをあなたが置いておくと」
"somebody will take it"＝「誰かがそれを取ります」
"Someone stole your bike"というと「あなたの自転車を誰かが盗んだよ」と過去形になってしまいます。"Someone could steal your bike"「あなたの自転車を誰かが盗むかもよ」という言い方ならOKです。

You can't just leave that there. Someone might steal it when you're not around.
Someone stole your bike. と言うと「誰かがあなたの自転車を盗みました」と過去形の文になってしまうので、次のように言うと良いでしょう。
ーIf you leave your Strider/bicycle there, someone will take it on you.
「そこにストライダー/自転車置いておいたら、誰かに持っていかれちゃうよ。」
take ... on you で「あなたの…を持っていく」という意味です。
ーYou can't just leave that there. Someone might steal it when you're not around.
「そこにそんな風に置いておけないよ。あなたが近くにいないときに、誰かが持っていっちゃうかもよ。」
steal 「盗む」
when you're not around 「あなたが近くに（周囲に）いないときに」
