私が提案した英文はShizuka様の日本語からそのまま翻訳する英文とちょっと違いますが、意味が同じだと思います。「あの時の私の気持ちを届けられたら嬉しい」はそのまま翻訳すると「If I had sent you my feelings at that time, I would be happy」になりますが、それはちょっと変な英語です。
It would have been good if I could have told you my feelings at the time.の方が自然だと思います。でも、もっとネイティブ的にすると「It would have been good if」じゃなくて「I wish」に変えた方がいいです。そして、「I wish I could have told you my feelings at the time」になります。
