ぱって思いつかない！って英語でなんて言うの？

下記のような言い方ができます：

・I can't think of anything off the top of my head.
・I can't think of anything right this second.
「今は何もパッと思いつきません」

off the top of my head や right this second はどちらも似たようなニュアンスで使うことができます。

off the top of my head は直訳すると「頭のてっぺんから」のような意味です。
right this second は「今この瞬間」です。
