お腹が張ってしかたがない。って英語でなんて言うの？

母の口癖で、大阪弁で言うと
お腹張ってしゃーないわ
です。
ふと、英語でなんと言うのかなと思い質問しました。

「お腹が張って仕方がない。」
feel bloated で「お腹が張る」という言い方です。
there's nothings I can do about it で「仕方がない」

ーI feel gassed up but I guess it can't be helped.
「お腹が張って仕方がない。」
feel gassed up でも「お腹が張る」と言えます。
it can't be helped で「仕方がない」
