こういった場合は上記の様な表現が使えます。
最初の例は"この調子だとどうなるかわからない"となります。こちらの例では「at this rate」を"この調子"または"割合"や"進度"と言う意味で使ってます。"どうなるか、何が起こるか～"は「what will happen」となります。
次の例は"なにが起こるかわからない"となりますね。こちらでは「no telling」で"わからない、なんとも言えない"と言い表しています。

If things remain the way they are, I wonder if the event will even happen in November.
