「満足できるまで」は英語で「until (I) can be completely satisfied」となります。このままで使うことが出来ます。なので、「満足できるまで食べれなかった。」＝「I couldn't eat until I could be completely satisfied」と言えます。が、「could」＝「できる」を二つで使わなくてもいいので、「I couldn't eat until I was completely satisfied.」の方が自然だと思います。
例文：
Even though I took the time to come, I couldn't eat until I was completely satisfied.
せっかく来たのに満足できるまで食べれなかった。
