broke 「金欠」が「経済的に困ってる」のに対して
out of cash 「お金がない」は「現金がない」ことを指します。
つまり out of cash は一時的に現金を持ち合わせていない
意味合いが強いということです。
1番目は「今、あんまり[お金](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/34590/)持ってないんだ」
2番目は「今、[現金](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/59059/)あんまり持ってないんだ」
という意味です。
right nowを付けることで「今だけ」というニュアンスになります。
low on ~は「～が十分でない、～が少ない」という意味で、low on cash と言うと、現金は持ってないけどカードは使えるよというような含みがあります。
① I'm waiting on my next paycheck! とは、「今月買い物をいっぱいしていてあまり手持ちのお金がないとき」に使える素晴らしい、ポジティブな表現です。

一番基本的な言い方ですね。お金は数えられる名詞じゃないので、muchでたくさんを現します。数えられる名詞はmanyでたくさんを現しますね。
・I'm broke.
これはまぁまぁお金に困っている状況のときに使います。
全然お金持ってないんだよ、っていうニュアンスですかね！
Both examples are casual ways of telling another person that you do not have much money at the moment. These can be used in day-to-day informal conversation.

I am low on funds implies that you have a slight cash flow problem. The word low would indicate that your money balance is low.
