"The fact that you can use your words to explain your feelings and situation is incredible"
- "The fact that you can use your words to explain your feelings and situation is incredible"
"the fact that ~" 「〜ってことは」
"you can use your words to explain ~" 「言葉で〜を説明できる」
"your feelings and situation" 「状況や感情」
"is incredible" 「すごいことだよ」"is amazing" や "really good" も使えます。

It's amazing how you're able express how you're feeling by talking about it when you're upset.
「言葉で」=「(with your) words」
直訳すれば、だいたい「It's amazing how you're able to use your vocabulary to explain your situation and feelings.」
「It's amazing how you're able to express how you're feeling by talking about it (when you're upset).」
