「経費精算申請」って英語でなんて言うの？

I filled out the expense reimbursement form for my department.
英訳１：「自分の部署のために、経費精算申請書を記入しました」

We handed in our expense claim applications just in time.  
英訳２：「ギリギリで経費精算申請書を提出しました」

The accounting division will handle all the expense claims.
英訳３：「経理部が全ての経費精算申請を処理します」

他にも、「経費精算申請（書）」を表す表現には以下のようなものがあります。
expense reimbursement form, expense settlement form, expense reimbursement application, expense claim form, request for reimbursement, application for reimbursement of expenses

経費精算のことを英語で「expense report」といいます。省略して「expenses」と言う人も少なくないです。

「社内の経理に経費精算を申請する」
"To submit expenses to the accounting department."

カジュアルに「経費申請した？」と聞きたい時は、
"Did you submit your expenses?"と言ってもいいですが、
"Did you do your expenses?" と省略しても自然な表現になります！

どちらも経理部はthe accounting を使いました。
１．submit は「提出する」、expenditure は「経費」、up to date は「本日までの」
「今日までに仕事で使った経費の精算書をこれから経理部に提出する」

2. reimburse は払い戻すという動詞で「事業経費を経理部で払い戻す
   　（すなわち申請する）」
