特に決まったフレーズは無いと思います。あえて言うなら”Marriage within a short time”「短期間での結婚」”Getting married fast”「急速に結婚」などでしょうか。
「電撃」であることを表現するため「1ヶ月の間に」など実際の期間を述べることで同等の意味合いを表現することもできます。
My sister and her fiancé got married 2 months after they met! 「私の姉とフィアンセは出会って2ヶ月で結婚したよ。」
rushed' and 'hurried' means the same thing.
The words can therefore be used interchangeably.
The terms describe something that was done hastily or quickly.
In this context it means that the marriage was entered into too quickly.

getting hitched - this means that you get married without making too many plans; maybe you don't even have a ceremony. There's a lot of American comedy movies about people getting drunk in Las Vegas, meeting someone, getting married in a fake, funny ceremony, and then waking up the next day not realizing what had happened the night before.

shotgun wedding - this concept is sort of old because marriage customs have changed. However, in the past, when a woman got pregnant, the father of the bride would threaten the groom, either with a shotgun literally or just metaphorically, to marry his daughter quickly... because the daughter would not be able to marry now that she was not a virgin and pregnant. Also, the father might be trying to cover up that the daughter had sex before marriage.
getting hitched - 無計画で突然結婚する事。（結婚式すら挙げない様な結婚を指す事が多いかも知れません。）
アメリカのコメディー映画では ”ラスベガスで酔った勢いで出会った人と、その日の内に偽物の安っぽい結婚式を挙げて、翌朝何が起きたのかすら気づいていない" という内容の物が沢山あります。

shotgun wedding - 出来ちゃった婚
これは現代の習慣にはあまり合わない古い概念ですが、昔は「婚前に妊娠してしまった花嫁の父が、お嫁に行けない体にしてしまった花婿に怒ってショットガンを持って来る」（もしくは、婚前交渉してしまった事実を隠そうとして、ショットガンを持ってくる）という事があったので、それに由来しています。
