今の会社ってそういうやり方をしないって英語でなんて言うの？

特に「今の」の英語が知りたいです。
決して　now’s xxxx じゃないですから。

この場合、「now's company」より「current company」の方が使いましょう。
そうすると、英文は下記の通りになります。
At the current company, it's not done that way.

もし、「now」を使いたいなら、形は変わります。自分の勤めている会社の場合、「At the company I'm working at now」になります。最後に「it's not done that way.（そういうやり方をしない）」に付けります。
At the company I'm working at now, it's not done that way.

ーWe don't do it that way at the company I work for now.
「今の会社では、そのようなやり方はしません」

ーThat's not the way we do it at the company I'm presently employed at.
