I understand if it isn't possible, 無理なら仕方ないですが、 直訳的にIt can't be helped if it isn't possibleになりますが、不自然な感じですね。こういう場合に英語で〜と認識しております（I understand if〜）という表現が多く使われています。 I would really appreciate if you could do this 是非ともやってもらいたい I would really appreciate if~は〜お願いできれば幸いです。みたいなイメージですね。 ご参考になれば幸いです。
