直訳的なI unwillingly got out of bedでも通じますが、
こういう場合の日本語の「嫌々〜した」は英語でよく「I forced myself to~」や「I struggled to~」で表現します。
I forced myself to（直訳：無理に自分を〜させる）は嫌々ながらに関わらず結局頑張って〜した、みたいなイメージで
I struggled to〜は、〜するのは超大変でした、という意味です。
I really didn't want to get out of bed this morning (今朝は本当にベッドから出たくなかった）のような表現もよく使われていますね。

この場合、次のような言い方ができます。
ーI unwillingly got out of bed this morning.
「今朝、私は嫌々ベッドから出た」
unwillingly で「嫌々ながら・しぶしぶ」と言えます。
ーI reluctantly pulled myself out of bed this morning.
「今朝、私はしぶしぶベッドから出た」
reluctantly「しぶしぶ・不承不承に」を使っても言えます。
