この場合の「やっと」も finally を使って言うのが一般的です。

ーI've finally made it to chapter 2 of 4.
「４章のうちやっと２章まできた」

ーAt last, I've finished two pages of my homework.
「やっと宿題を２ページ終えた」
at last も使えます。

ーI've finally finished the first two pages of my homework.
「やっと宿題の最初の２ページが終わった」
宿題が何ページもあるうちの最初の２ページだけ終わったというニュアンスです。

"although there are still two more chapters to go."＝「まだ2章残っているけれど。」

②　"It took me ages to finish two pages of my homework."＝「宿題2ページを終わらせるのにすごく時間がかかった。」
