この料理は具材に〇〇と〇〇と〇〇を使ってるんだって英語でなんて言うの？

料理の材料は"ingredient(s)"と言います。
そして料理名とその材料を紹介する際には "Ingredients in 〇〇 are ～" や "＊＊, ＊＊, and ＊＊ are ingredients in 〇〇" の形で紹介します。

たとえば "Ingredients in this salad are cabbage, tomatoes, and lettuce with a special dressing." という文は、「このサラダの材料はキャベツ、トマト、レタスで、特別なドレッシングがかかっています」という意味になります。

また、「親子丼」の材料を説明するときは "Ingredients in Oyako-don are simply chicken and egg." といえば、「親子丼の材料は単純に鶏肉と卵です」という意味になります。

なお、材料を料理名の前に置くと "Chicken and egg are the main ingredients in Oyako-don."（鶏肉と卵は親子丼の主成分です）という形になります。主成分を強調したい場合に便利な表現です。

For example, you can say:

You can make this salad with just cabbage, tomato and lettuce!

OR

To put it simply, you can make oyakodon with chicken and eggs.
I basically used chicken and eggs to make this oyakodon.
