曜日感覚がなくなるって英語でなんて言うの？

「曜日感覚」を一言で表すのは難しいですが、sense of what day of the week it is と言えます。

「なくす」は lose と言えますので、lose sense of what day of the week it is で「曜日感覚がなくなる」になります。

例：
I've lost sense of what day of the week it is.
「曜日感覚がなくなってしまった」

I always lose sense of what day of the week it is when there's a long weekend.
「連休があると、いつも曜日感覚がなくなります」

week = 週
weekday = 平日
weekend = 週末
day of the week = 曜日

他には I don't know what day of the week it is anymore.（もう何曜日かわからなくなってしまった）のようにシンプルに I don't know を使うのも良いと思います。

I don't even know what day of the week it is. は「もう、何曜日かもわからないよ」という意味ですね。

I lost track of the days of the week. は「曜日を追跡できなくなった」、つまり感覚がわからなくなった、という言い方もできると思います。
