I transferred jobs to Toyota.
transfer jobs 「転職する」
I transferred to Sapporo. 「
I am going to be working for (company name) as from (date).
This can be a formal or informal way to say it. You do not necessarily have to mention that you quit your old job. You can mention that you quit your old job if people asks you any further questions.
Following my resignation from my previous job, I have now begun in a new post with (insert company name)
Resignation' is the act of leaving a job. It is a formal way to say you have quit.
'Previous' reflects that it was your last job before the current and new post you have started.
You could end the sentence with "I have now begun in a new post", but if you would like to share with people the name of the company, simply add "with (..company name..)" at the end.
"I have now begun in a new post"
“ I now work for“ = with out having to explain that you have left your previous job this simple sentence will give the reader an idea of your current situation. Your reader will automatically assume that you have changed jobs.
“I changed jobs, I now work for“=this will help your reader and learn that you have moved from your previous workplace and now clearly work for a new company.
“ I now work for“
“I changed jobs, I now work for“
You have quit your job and you want the world to know you have started a new one, then you have these three sentences to help you.
For example (FB post)
Hello world, today is a new day. I have stopped working for...and now work for...The sun is shinier, and the air is fresher. Everything is coming up roses.
I hope this helps.
Have a great day.
Will

I resigned and accepted a new post with XXXX
New position with XXX= this means a new work placement with a different company.

To accept a new post with XXX = This means that you decided to work for a different company and the company offered you work (probably after having had an interview).
New position with XXX=
