jobs が複数形になっているのは変える前の[仕事](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/37171/)と変えた後の仕事
両方を意味しているからですね。
ちなみにtransfer to 場所だと～へ転勤するという意味です。

のように使われます。
I am going to be working for (company name) as from (date).

You have quit your job and you want the world to know you have started a new one, then you have these three sentences to help you.
