drink so much that you puke
drink till you pass out

"I am going to drink myself sick!"
This normally happens when you drink, without eating any food.
"I am going to drink myself to death!"
This means that you have a drinking problem and all the alcohol is killing you!
"I am going to drink myself sick!
I am going to drink myself to death!

When some people drink, they want to get drunk. After all, people drink in order to change their moods and to relax their brains. I have heard some people say that they wanted to drink until they puked like babies. However, this can be called binge drinking. After having gone 'binge' drinking, someone can hardly drive a car. Also, because one was dead drunk, he/she may not be able to remember anything about the previous night.
So, you may say:
He went binge drinking and had to be driven home.
or
I don't remember a thing about last night's party because I was dead drunk.
これは「binge drinking(大量に飲酒すること)」と言えます。
He went binge drinking and had to be driven home.
I don't remember a thing about last night's party because I was dead drunk.
Binge drinking is popular in the UK due to high alcohol prices. Before going out, drinkers intake alcohol at home in large quantities to avoid buying in pubs. They drink purely to get 'high'. Binge drinking also means that people drink very heavily but not continually - so maybe just at the weekend, but not during the week.
"Sarah's a binge drinker. She drinks nothing all week and then drinks a whole bottle of whisky on Saturdays. When she's binging, she doesn't know when to stop drinking"
"Sarah's a binge drinker. She drinks nothing all week and then drinks a whole bottle of whisky on Saturdays. When she's binging, she doesn't know when to stop drinking"
When someone continues to drink they may experience certain stages before the it makes them sick. When they have drank very little and they feel just a little woozy or giddy, this is referred to being tipsy. When the person is no longer coherent and they need assistance in doing basic functions such as walking, the person is drunk. When they have been drinking until they begin to throw up, this is called drinking yourself sick. By the next day, the person will wake up feeling sick still and this is called a hangover. They may experience a headache and a nauseous feeling.
