ナンパは「① Pick up 」と私は言います。これは最早正式名称になっている状態です。西洋ではおっしゃるようにナンパカルチャーがもっと発展していると思います。
ナンパ師は「② Pick up artist」。「artist」と書きますが、ナンパ師がやることは芸術に例えられるからではなく、手法が巧妙であるからです。だから同様に詐欺師は「con artist」と言います。
