他のサイトを見ると、Nice to e-meet you.

Hey there Yasu! Mr Hardy, Nice to meet you. My name is Arthur Zetes and I am sending you this message to ask you for a donation. Sincerely.

もちろん、「e-」のつかない「Nice to meet you!」 Finally, nice to meet you in person!

Remember we do not say "Nice to e-meet you"? but we say "Nice to meet you." if it is formal/business friend. They can also respond by saying "likewise" to mean they feel the same. Mutual means to feel the same emotion. For example: A:I am really happy today is a Friday. B:The feeling is mutual.
とではなく「Nice to meet you.」
「Mutual」
A:I am really happy today is a Friday.
B:The feeling is mutual.

To be in touch with someone = to be able to communicate and keep contact with someone. "Well, I'll see you when you return from America." "OK, keep in touch, won't you?" "Of course!" When you first meet someone such as a penfriend, you may add at the end of early communications: "So pleasant to be communicating/in communication with you!"
To be in touch with someone =
"Well, I'll see you when you return from America."
"OK, keep in touch, won't you?"
"Of course!"
"So pleasant to be communicating/in communication with you!

You will be first be wanting to say how 'meeting' the other person is ' 'It's nice / it's a pleasure / it's wonderful ... '' Then you are needing to say what you are talking about ''to meet you / make contact / be in communication / speak at last''
It's nice(素晴らしい)
it's a pleasure(嬉しい)
it's wonderful ...(素晴らしい)

to meet you(あなたに会えて)
to make contact(連絡が出来て)
to be in communication(連絡が出来て)
to speak at last(ついに話すことが出来て)

The more common salutation in this regard is 'nice to meet you'. However, e-meet seems to be a new salutation that may be gaining ground in e-mails and I am sure that you would be in order to use 'nice to e-meet you'. If its in order to use words like e-books, then I think it would certainly be in order to use e-meet. Please bear in mind that this is a new word. So, you may say: Nice to meet you. or Nice to e-meet you. or Its a pleasure to e-meet you.

Nice to meet you.

または、

Nice to e-meet you.

または、

It's a pleasure to e-meet you.

It's nice to meet you on this platform This is an acceptable way of expressing the idea of meeting someone .We don't generally use a different expression for different ways of meeting someone,A platform is just a method of communication. It is good to be in touch with you This is an acceptable way of acknowledging someone you are meeting for the first time.
It's nice to meet you on this platform

It is good to be in touch with you

The world has become a virtual playground, we do more on our devices than we do in person. When we meet someone for the first time over email we can use the sentences above. Nice to e-meet you sounds fun and creative but it is not certain the receiver will understand. "It is great to virtually meet you!" In person: physically, next to someone Virtual: not existing physically

Nice to e-meet

"It is great to virtually meet you!"

In person:
Virtual:

"Nice to meet you" and "Pleasure to meet you" These two expressions are very commonly used when meeting or greeting someone for the first time in person or email. they express that it is nice and good to meet them and that you are happy about it. 'Pleasure' is another term used when something happens and it is a good thing and you are happy about it. "I am glad we are finally in touch" This expression is used more often when you both have communicated, often over email or phone, again expressing that 'getting in touch', communicating with one another, is a good experience.

"I am glad we are finally in touch"
