You obviously don't feel bad about what you did because you're not showing any remorse.
Clearly, you are not sorry. You're acting as if you've done nothing wrong.
他にも色々な言い回しがありますが、ここでは二つの英訳例をご紹介します。
明らかに→Clearly, Obviously
反省していない→You're not showing any remorse（自責の念、良心の呵責）または
You're showing no remorseと言い換えてもＯＫです。You're not sorry（あなたは悪いと思っていない）。You're NOT sorryと、NOTを強調して伝えるとインパクトがあります。
You obviously don't feel bad～→明らかに（あなたがしたことを）悪いと思っていない。
You're acting as if you've done nothing wrong→まるで何も悪いことをしていないかのように振る舞っている。
根本的に、英語には「反省」という概念がないので、上記のような言い回しになります。
他には、You have not learned your lesson→（失敗から）学んでいない、という言い方もあります。ここでも、NOTを強調して言うとインパクトがあります。
Actions speak louder than words→言葉よりも行動がものを言う。有言実行というニュアンスのある英語の諺です。
