really を追加すると「[本当に](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/36491/)よく寝た」のように言うこともできます。

"I slept like a baby"
赤ちゃんのように寝た＝よく寝た
という表現もあります。
でも赤ちゃんって数時間毎に起きて、泣いたりするので、
この表現で「よく寝てる」ってちょっと不思議な表現だな〜と思います笑

You slept extremely well. A log is a big tree trunk that is lying on the ground undisturbed.
Imagine yourself sleeping like that.

If you snored, you can say, "I was calling the cows home." (Old US southern expression). You could always go the simple route and just say that you rested well last night.
