いくつかの条件を満たしていればって英語でなんて言うの？

通常はこのように言うことが多いです。

"meet 〜" は「(要求・条件など)を満たす、かなえる」という意味です。
"requirement" は「必要条件」です。

under some conditions = いくつかの条件下で
with some conditions = いくつかの条件付きで
in some conditions = いくつかの条件で

「いくつか」→「Some, a number」

「条件」→「Conditions」

「満たされる」→「To be fulfilled」

「満たす」→「To fulfill」

「If some conditions are fulfilled」
「If a number of conditions are fulfilled」というのは、
「いくつかの条件が満たされれば」という意味です。

「いくつかの条件を満たしていれば」は、
「If you fulfill a number of conditions」
と表現します。

｢満たす｣＝｢Fulfill｣を使えます。
｢条件が満たされれば｣＝｢If some conditions are fulfilled｣　

ご提示の3つの表現の違いですが、
｢In some conditions｣＝｢何らかの状態において｣、
｢Under some conditions｣＝｢何らかの状態のもとで｣、
｢With some conditions｣＝｢何らかの状態を伴って｣となります。
契約書などで使われます。
｢That tax rates listed under some terms are subject to frequent change.｣
＝｢何らかの条件のもとで提示されたその税率は度々の変更の対象となる」
