日本的に言う恋愛感情の「好き」は、英語ではLOVEに相当しますが、お相手の方が恋人未満ということなので、ここでは敢えてLOVEを使わず、CAREという言葉にしました。LOVEの言葉に引いてしまう男性は少なくないようですね。"I care about you"以外に、"I really like you a lot"または"I like you so much"と言ってもいいと思います。Best wishes!!!
