行きと帰りって英語でなんて言うの？

行きと帰りは、on the way, on the way backで表すことができます。

I'm going to walk on the way, and take a train on the way back.
行きは歩いて、帰りは電車に乗ります。

余談ですが、in the way of〜は、〜の邪魔になってという意味です。

He was in the way of the bus.
彼はバスの邪魔になる場所にいました。
