It doesn't matter if you like it or not. Suck it up and get it done.
一つ目の文章は Whether or not を使って「〜だろうと」を表現しています。
例）Whether it's sunny or rainy tomorrow, we have to go outside.
（明日晴れてようが雨が降ろうが私たちは出かけないといけない）
Wether or not は結構使えますよ。
二つ目の文章はかなりカジュアルな言い方なので、仲のいい人や近しい人に対して使うことが多いです。
It doesn't matter if~ は、「〜だろうと関係ない」
例）It doesn't matter if it's sunny or rainy tomorrow.
（明日晴れようが雨が降ろうが関係ない）
そして、"Suck it up" は「文句を言うな」「ぐちぐちするな」みたいな意味合いの表現で、get it done は「終わらせよう」というのが直訳ですが、どちらかというと「つべこべ言わずやれ」という方が近いです。
ちょっと強い（きつい）表現になるのは２つ目の文章ですね。

｛解説｝
like it or not は whether you like it or not が省略されたもので、「好きだろうが嫌いだろうが」「否が応でも」といった意味です。
have to do は「〔規則などがあって〕…しなければならない」というニュアンスです。
｛例｝
Whether you like it or not, Donald Trump will be the next president of the United States.
好むと好まざるにかかわらず、ドナルド・トランプ氏が次の米国大統領である。
