Christmas vacation
In the UK we usually say Christmas when it is in winter, if it is November-January.
This is because we associate winter with Christmas; usually office workers have a vacation over Christmas.

Same as above. However, British English usually use holiday instead of vacation.

Also, same as above. We use break when it is a short holiday, 1 or 2 weeks off, or even long weekends.
