"Advice" is an uncountable noun so it does not need an -s at the end to be plural.
You can say....
Ex: "Thank you for your advice."
But, you can NOT say...
Ex: "Thank you for your advices."

Thank you for giving me a lot of pieces of advice.
名詞”advice”には、「アドバイス／忠告」という意味の他に「通知状」という意味もあります。前者は、不可算名詞なので”an”を付けることもないし、”s”を付加して複数形にすることもありません。それに対し、後者は、可算名詞です。但し、前者であっても、”a piece of advice”とか”a lot of pieces of advice”などとするのは可能です。
因みに、「たくさんのアドバイス・・・」と言う状況であれば、内容も色々あったでしょうから、”Thank you for your insights, suggestions ,and a lot of pieces of advice.”などと、他の言葉（洞察、提案）も併用すると更に良いかもしれません。

Both of these answers are polite, formal ways of thanking someone for advice, opinion or guidance. 'Kind words' can mean any of these things. It is always best to begin or finish what you are saying with 'thank you' as this is very polite, especially to a superior.
"Thank you for the all your advice" is the normal way of thanking someone for any wise words or information they may given during a challenging or difficult project in the office.
If someone senior has spent a lot of time with you, mentoring and coaching you through a difficult project or managing a VIP client then you can also say "thank you for your guidance."
"Thank you for all your advice."（アドバイスして頂き、ありがとうございます。）こちらの例文は、例えば会社で大変なプロジェクトを任されたときなど、誰かに役立つ情報や励ましの言葉をもらったときに伝える感謝の気持ちです。
