英語では、同じことを言うには本当に沢山の違う言い方がありますが、ここは二つの英訳例を述べました。
You're really going to be in trouble ＝＞
あなたは本当に問題になるだろう / あなたは本当にまずいんだろう
if your girlfriend finds out ＝＞
彼女が（それを）見つけ出したら
aren't you? ＝＞
じゃない？
二つ目の英訳例はもう少し下品の俗語の感じ何ですが、こう言う場合にはこういうような言い方の方が男同士に使われていると思います。
You'll be in deep shit ＝＞
君はドツボに嵌る （文字通りですと＝＞深いクソに嵌る）
if your girlfriend finds out ＝＞
彼女が（それを）見つけ出したら
won't you? ＝＞
じゃない？

Your girlfriend can't find out about this.
You are f*cked if your girlfriend finds out.
「（もし）〜したらまずい」"It would be bad if〜" "You will be in trouble if〜" という感じで表現できます。
「知られる」は、見つけ出す、発見するを意味する find out を使うと良いと思います。
”Your girlfriend can't find out about this”という表現も、
「（知られたらまずいから）彼女に知られないようにしなくては」というニュアンスになります。
親しい仲（友人間）で話していて、もっと「ヤバい」を強調したい場合は、
"You're f*cked if your girlfriend finds out about this."
と言うこともできますが、良い言葉遣いではないので注意してください。
