The word agenda has a number of meanings.

In the sentence "What's on your agenda for today?" it is used to ask someone what they are planning to do during the day.

What are you up to today...is a much used phrase in Britain;-D and it simply means : "what are you going to be doing?" We can be "up to no good" or perhaps "up to our eyes in work" as ever a good idiom is always useful:-)
