  • What are your plans for today?

  • What are you going to do today?

  • What are you gonna do today?

    play icon

(1) What is your plans for 〜?(〜の予定は何ですか?)
(2) What are you going to do today?(今日は何をする予定ですか?)
(3) What are you gonna do today?(今日は何をしますか?)

  • What are you doing today?

The present continuous form for future plans is a very common method of describing what you know you will be doing in fn the future.
"This evening I'm having a meal in the West End, then watching a musical."
"This evening I'm having a meal in the West End, then watching a musical."

  • What's you game plan for today?

To say "Do you have any plans for today?" is the easiest way to ask if someone has any plans for that day although we also say " lineup" as well.It is also appropriate to ask for their "game plan" in a casual conversation.A game plan is a document or tool used for sports such as soccer to plan possible actions to be performed during a game.We use this phrase as a figure of speech to ask for specific details of what someone may have planned for a specific day.
Do you have any plans for today?"(今日は何か計画がある?)

A game plan

  • Are you busy today?

Either of the above would be good to ask someone if they had any plans for the day, If you wanted to invite them somewhere you could add that on at the end of the question.
Example
" Are you busy today? I was wondering if you wanted to hang out?"

"Are you busy today? I was wondering if you wanted to hang out?"
