Many times people will just say "Finally!!!" out loud or to themselves to express strong relief after finishing a tedious work task.
You could say something like: "Finally!!! I finished all of the reports, now I can relax and watch TV"
You could also just say "Yes!!!" and go about your day doing whatever you do after finishing the task.
"I'm done!" also works alone like the "Yes!!!" response, you don't have to say anything afterwards but you could add something like: "I'm done! Now I can finally go out with my friends"
"I'm grateful" is a positive way of saying that you are thankful for something.
Example: I'm grateful that my husband has returned back from army safely.
"I'm glad" is a way of showing a sign of relief and expressing your happiness about the situation.
Example: I'm glad she is going to make a full recovery.
