苦戦するって英語でなんて言うの？

I'm struggling with making the materials for the meeting.
「会議の資料を作りに苦戦しています」

「〜〜に苦戦する」という表現は"I'm struggling with〜"で表せます。

「会議の資料作ること」＝"making the materials for the meeting"　ですね。

行動に関するものだけでなく、人やモノなど自分を悩ませるもの全般に関して使えるので、是非覚えておくと良いと思います♪

「苦戦する」は、以下のように言い表せます：

• have a (really) hard time
  *この後に動詞をつづける場合は-ingの形をとります
• have a difficult time (with something)
  *この後に動詞をつづける場合は-ingの形をとります
• have a rough time (with something)
  *この後に動詞をつづける場合は-ingの形をとります
• struggle
• uphill battle（苦しい戦い）
• tight fight
• fight against heavy odds（強敵と戦う）

その他の表現
- I'm struggling to prepare the materials for the meeting.
- It's a real struggle getting the documents for the meeting ready.

また、勝てる可能性や成功する可能性が少ないかゼロの戦いなら、
fight a losing battle
のような言い方ができます。

"Struggle with ~"
"Have trouble with ~"

両方とも、「～で苦戦する」という表現です。というわけで、「会議の資料作りに苦戦中」だと

"I'm struggling with getting the data ready for the meeting"
"I'm having trouble gathering the data for the meeting"

と表現すれば意図が伝わるでしょう。
ちなみに、「苦戦しています」とだけ伝えたいのであれば"I'm having a difficult time"と言いましょう。
