What a person wears can reveal his/her status. The idiom 'clothes make the man' says it all. It means that what a person wears brings out his/her status. You can easily tell a person's status by what he/she wears. The adjective 'stunning' means absolutely attractive. So, if you say: you look stunning in those clothes, jyou actually mean to say that the clothes have made him/her to look absolutely attractive. The same applies if you use the adjective 'great' or the adjective 'magnificent' which means 'extremely beautiful'.
So, you may say:
You look stunning in those clothes.
or
You look great in those clothes.
or
You look magnificent in those clothes
着る物はその人の状況を表します。'clothes make the man'というイディオムがあるとおり、これは何を着るかがその人の状況を表すという意味です。何を着ているかで相手の状況を簡単に判断できます。形容詞'stunning'はabsolutely attractive（非常に魅力的な）と言う意味ですので、you look stunning in those clothes（あなたはその服で非常に魅力的に見える）というのは、その服がその人を非常に魅力的に見せているということを伝える表現です。形容詞 'great'や'extremely beautiful'（非常に美しい）ことを意味する形容詞'magnificent'を使っても同じことが言えます。
ですから、以下のように言うことができます。

あるいは
You look great in those clothes.

You look magnificent in those clothes
If you want to compliment your friend and tell her what she is wearing looks good on her you can say "That outfit suits you." or "Those clothes really look good on you."
友達を褒めたいと思っていて、着ている服が似合っていると言いたい時は"That outfit suits you."（その服は似合っている）又は "Those clothes really look good on you."（その服は本当に似合っている）と言うことが出来ます。
