Hi !

There are so many ways to say why you like spring. If your reason is because it gets warmer you can say it is your favorite season for this reason, you can say you love the spring because it gets warmer, or you can mention you like being warm which is why you like the spring. I hear many people say they love to be outside in warm weather which is why they love the spring.

Hope this helps!

"I like spring because it starts getting warmer," explains that you like the season, spring, because it continues to get warmer.
Chilly: is a day-to-day manner of saying somewhat cold, so the second phrase, "I like spring because it isn't quite as chilly," states that spring is less chilly or less cold than at other times.
"I like spring because it starts to warm up," is the most simple way of saying it, implying the weather, begins to be warmer than before.
"I like spring because it starts getting warmer"(暖かくなってくるので春が好きです)

これは「暖かくなってくるので春が好き」という意味です。
----

"Chilly" は「少し寒い」という意味の日常的な表現です。
ですから、
"I like spring because it isn't quite as chilly"(寒さが和らぐので春が好きです)
これは「春は他の時期ほど寒くない」という意味です。
----

"I like spring because it starts to warm up"(暖かくなってくるので春が好きです)

これは最もシンプルな言い方です。「天気が暖かくなってくる」というニュアンスです。
