For a general soap you can use the term "body wash"
If you are talking about a liquid form of wash the term "shower gel" is the most commonly used.
Solid body wash is generally just called Soap.

There are so many ways to describe a soap that is used for the body in the shower. If you were to use any of these phrases they all have the same meaning in the end regardless if they're liquid, solid or gel.
If the word body is attached to it then the listener knows it's for the body and not hair.
Shower gel also indicates that it is used on the body.
