In Ireland we would use the word 'spot' instead of 'pimple' and if there is more than one we refer to it as a breakout.
-My skin is breaking out due to stress/tiredness.
アイルランドでは 'pimple' の代わりに 'spot' という言葉を使います。そして二つ以上現れたときには 'breakout' と表現します。
-My skin is breaking out due to stress/tiredness.
(ストレス/疲れでニキビができた)
Well, to explain that tiredness or stress gives you pimples - in general, or as rule: so action and reaction, then the second example sentence may be the most appropriate of the two. If this situation is a one-off or not normlly the case, then you may just use the first example sentence.
In the United States we use "bumps" as a colloquial way of referring to pimples, acne, etc. In explaining that one's pimples are triggered by stress we could say: I get bumps/pimples/etc. whenever I'm stressed out. If you only want to refer to one occurrence, then use the past tense (e.g., I got pimples last night because of being stressed out. "Because"means "for the reason of..." Alternatively, a breakout in pimples could be referred to as a "pimple attack." This would imply that there is more than one pimple. The verb "have" can be used in describing such attacks.
