社外秘なのでって英語でなんて言うの？

are not allowed：することが許可されていない
be for internal use only：社外秘
また社外秘は”be confidential”と言い換えることもできます。

「社外秘」はだいたい company secrets と言います。

なので、「社外秘なので、送れません」と言いたいなら That's a company secret, and so I can't send it. と言えます。

company secrets の代わりに classified を使って、That's classified, and so I can't send it と一応言えますが、classified は企業の情報より、政府や国の秘密情報のニュアンスがあります。

「社外秘」= company secret; for internal use only

になります。

confidential とは形容詞で「秘密の」という意味です。
社外秘という意味でももちろん使えます。

冒頭の表現で I am afraid that S.V…. という表現はビジネスなどで断りのメールを入れるときに「残念ですが」「申し上げにくいのですが」など言いにくいこと切り出すときによく使う表現ですので、これを使うのがいいと思います。

他にもunfortunatelyなども使うことはできますが、ビジネスの場面であるならば
I am afraid というのがいいでしょう。
