値引きって英語でなんて言うの？

「値引き」は英語でa discountです。

Could you give me a discount?
値引きして頂けますか？

このフレーズは値引きして欲しい時に使う
定番のフレーズです。

「値引き」は価格を下げることですから
lower the price, reduce the priceということの
出来ます。

Could you lower the price of the clothes?
Could you reduce the price of the clothes?
その服を値引きして頂けますか？

My friend likes to buy things with student discount 私の友達は学割でものを買うのが好きです。
二つ目の例は直訳すると、「値段を下げる」という意味ですが、例えば、Lowering the price of this product is impossible 「この品物の値引きは不可能です」というふうに使って言えます。Lowerのかわりにreduceという言葉もつかえます。
