「強制」英語で compulsory 又は mandatory と良います。
Compulsoryは「[義務](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/34865/)」というニュアンスがあります。例えば「[義務教育](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/59421/)」は英語で compulsory education と言います。
Mandatory は compulsory と同じ意味ですが、もっと「強制」のようなネガティブなニュアンスがあります。
強制の動詞は force になります。なので「会社の飲み会に強制参加させられた」と言いたいなら、I was forced to participate in the staff drinking party と言えます。
forced to do something = 何かを強制される
force to ... = 〜を強制される
