「～という点で」って英語でなんて言うの？

いろいろな言い方があり得ますが、代表的なものにin that・・・やin terms of～という表現があります。

in thatは後ろに文を続けます。
The course was valuable in that it provided me with the knowledge and confidence.
「そのコースは私に知識や自信を与えてくれたという点で価値があった」

in terms ofは後ろに名詞を置き、「～という観点で」といった意味で使います。
We talked about the matter in terms of economics.
「我々は経済学の観点でその問題について話し合った」
