いろいろな言い方があり得ますが、代表的なものにin that・・・やin terms of～という表現があります。
in thatは後ろに文を続けます。
The course was valuable in that it provided me with the knowledge and confidence.

in terms ofは後ろに名詞を置き、「～という[観点](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/59929/)で」といった意味で使います。
