To attract customers to buy and clear a product, most shop owners do reduce prices of certain products which they want to clear and tag them as 'limited time only' products. To do that, they often advertise such products in the popular media. They may also tag them as 'limited-time-offers'. If there is a limited time offer it means that the product being offered is only available for a certain amount of time usually at a better or cheaper price
Limited availability means that there is only a certain amount of the item for sale and after that there will be no more
Limited edition means that only a certain amount were made so they might be harder to get or maybe slightly dearer as there are not so many available
