という文だったら、『[一度](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/74670/)だけイギリスに行きたい』とも解釈できてしまいます。
『once』の前に『at least（[少なくとも](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/17354/)）』を入れて
at least once
にすると、『少なくとも一度は』→『一度は』
ということになります。

A 'bucket list' is a list people make of things they'd like to do before they 'kick the bucket' (die). This expression can be used to say that you really would like to do this thing within your life time. Or you can simply say, "I'd like to visit the U.K one day."

"...in my life.." When making a declaration, it may help to clarify what you are saying if you end the sentence with this phrase. It would be strange just to say you want to go somewhere once. Why only once? If you haven't been there before, perhaps after the first visit, you may wish to go again! However, if it is a bucket list wish, then it makes sense.
"Visiting the UK is on my bucket list."
"...in my life.." - 何かを宣言する場合、文末にこのフレーズを使うと、言いたいことを明確にできるかもしれません。
ただある場所に1度行きたいと言うのは奇妙な感じがします。なぜ1回なのでしょうか。そこにまだ行ったことがないのなら、初めて行った後、また行きたいと思うかもしれません。ただ、それがbucket list（死ぬまでにやりたいこと）なら、話は分かります。

There are many different ways you can explain that you want to visit a place. Stating that you want to visit "at least once" is probably not necessary as stating you want to go to a place does not mean one time only.
訪れたい場所を表す言い方はいろいろあります。
「at least once（せめて一度は）」は必要ないかもしれません。「I want to go to ～」と言っても「一度だけ行きたい」という意味にはなりませんので。
「一度はイギリスに行ってみたい。」という文章を英訳すると、「I want to go to England once.」という文章を使っても良いと考えました。「England」は「イギリス」という意味があります。「England」の代わりに、「the U.K.」と「the United Kingdom」も使っても良いです。「Go」は「行く」という意味があります。「Go」の代わりに、「visit」という言葉も使っても良いと考えました。「訪れる」という意味があります。「一度」は「once」と「one time」という意味があります。
