I can already understand many of the dialogues, but of course it’s a long way till I can understand everything that’s being said in the movie.

様々な表現があると思いますが、いくつか自然な表現を紹介します。
P.S. 英語圏の考え方が少し違うかもしれませんが、自分の弱点より、自分の成功に注目を注ぐ場合が多いような気がします。なので、１～２番目の文章は、こういう考え方に即した表現となります。
1. I can’t understand all of what they’re saying yet, but I think I’m making progress.
（逐語訳）彼らが言っていることのすべてはもちろんまだ分からないんだけど、。。。でも進展しているような気がします！
2. I can’t understand all of which is being said yet, but I’m getting better.
（逐語訳）まだ言われている部分の全部は理解していないんだけど、上達している。
3. I can already understand many of the dialogues, but of course it’s a long way till I can understand everything that’s being said in the movie.
（逐語訳）もう多くのダイアログは理解できるけど、もちろん映画で言われている分のすべてが理解できるようになるまでは、まだまだですね。

「まだ全部は無理だけど」は I can’t catch everything yet, but... と表現されるのが自然です。
例：
I can’t catch every single line yet, but I’m starting to understand more and more.
まだ全てのセリフを聞き取るのは無理だけど、理解できる部分がどんどん増えてきました。
I still struggle with some parts, but I can recognize more lines than before.
まだ苦戦する部分もあるけれど、以前より聞き取れるセリフが増えました。
catch =（言葉を）聞き取る、理解する
line = セリフ
more and more = ますます、だんだん多く
