"Full-blooded Japanese", Full blooded simple means that the blood is not mixed and that they come only from one area. So to say someone is full-blooded it means their blood is not mixed with another area.
"She is full-blooded Japanese."
"Full-blooded Japanese"(純血の日本人)
「full blooded」は、混血ではなく、一つの地域から来ている、ほかの地域の血と混ざっていない、ことを表します。
"She is full-blooded Japanese."
〔訳〕彼女は純血の日本人だ
Untainted', means not changed or diluted by any other thing - in this case, hereditary blood.
If you just say "100% Japanese" the meaning is unclear. It may just mean that this person has a Japanese passport, for example.
Native Japanese
What you call someone who is pure blood or 100% Japanese.
"I did not know that she was native Japanese."
"Last week I met a guy who is native Japanese."
"I am native Japanese because my parents are both from Japan."
Native Japanese
純血または100%日本人の人のこと。
【例文】
"I did not know that she was native Japanese."
〔訳〕彼女が生粋の日本人だとは知らなかった
"Last week I met a guy who is native Japanese."
〔訳〕先週生粋の日本人の男性に会った
"I am native Japanese because my parents are both from Japan."
〔訳〕私の両親は2人とも日本出身なので、私は生粋の日本人です
The first two sentences are more polite, whereas the third sentence is a much more casual way of referring to someone who is completely Japanese without any other ethnicities. Saying someone is "full-blooded" (ethnicity) is common where I live, but perhaps not politically correct to use when speaking with the person. When someone is "fully" an ethnicity, it means that they are not mixed with any other race.
If you were trying to explain that a person is 100% Japanese, which means that they are native to Japan ethnically, you could use any of the following terms to adequately describe them, for example, "100% Japanese", "Full-blooded Japanese" or "Native blooded Japanese". All of these terms help you express that a person is 100% Japanese.
When you are trying to explain that a person is 100% Japanese, then you may explain it in the following ways:
-My friend Sam is native Japanese
-Sam is full-blooded Japanese
ある人が100%日本人であることは、次のように説明できます。
-My friend Sam is native Japanese
(私の友達のサムは100%日本人です)
-Sam is full-blooded Japanese
(サムは100%日本人です)
