限度／限界があるって英語でなんて言うの？
友達に対して、
「音楽を聴くことは好きだけど、限度があるでしょ？一日中はきけないよ。」
「いくら好きなことでも限度・限界があるでしょ？一日中できないよ。」
と説明したかったのですが、この場合の限度ってどう言い表せばいいでしょうか？

I like listening to music but there is a limit to how much I can listen to. I can't listen to it all day long.

Regardless of how much I like it, there is still only so much that I can enjoy in one day.
例文１「音楽を聴くのは好きだけど、どれだけ聴けるかには限度がある。一日中は聴けないよ。」というニュアンスです。
listen to music「音楽を聴く」
there is a limit to〜「〜には限度がある」
例文２「どれだけ好きかにかかわらず、１日に楽しめる量は限られている。」というニュアンスです。
regardless of「〜にかかわらず」
there is only so much 「限られている」

As much as I love music, I couldn’t listen to it all day. It would get old pretty quickly.
「get sick」と「get sick of ～」は同じ意味ではないので、使い分けを気を付けて下さい。「get sick」は「病気になる」とか「吐き気がする」と言う意味ですが、「get sick of ～」は「～に飽きる」と言う意味です。
「it gets old」は「get sick of ～ 」に似ている表現です。こんな使い方で「古くなっていく」と言う意味ではなく、「つまらなくなる」と言う意味です。「時間が経てば経つほど興味がなくなる」と言う感じです。
