直訳すると上記のように It is 〜 and also 〜の方になると思います。Evenは「〜にも関わらず」ですので、Even a and B, 〜 だと「AとBであるにも関わらず、〜」という意味になってしまいます。
ただ、例で出してくれた文の場合はまた微妙に変わってきます。
