使い方の例としては：「He deliberately hid the information from me」

他にも「intentionally」や「knowingly」があります。
どちらも「わざと彼女に[意地悪](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/16266/)をした。」という意味です。
例文１「彼はわざと彼女に意地悪をした。」

When we speak of doing something on purpose or deliberately, it is often with a negative connotation.
Eg. "During the football match Paul kicked Henry deliberately."
Eg. "Henry was kicked intentionally."

When someone does something with an intention to achieve a particular outcome, then you can use to phrases "on purpose", "intentional" or "deliberate".
For example, you can say:
-She spilled coffee on me on purpose because she hates me.
-She shot her husband intentionally because she wanted to benefit from life insurance.
-The move was deliberate. It was no accident.
誰かがある結果を達成する目的で何かを行うとき、「on purpose」「intentional」または「deliberate」という言い方を使えます。例えば、以下のように言えます：
She spilled coffee on me on purpose because she hates me.
（彼女は私が嫌いなので、わざと私にコーヒーをこぼした。）
She shot her husband intentionally because she wanted to benefit from life insurance.

The first two sentences you see above have the adverbs knowingly and intentionally. Both of these words mean deliberately. In the third sentence you will see term on purpose, which has the same meaning as knowingly and intentionally. The first two sentences are appropriate for formal settings, like at work or during a business meeting, while the third sentence is appropriate for informal settings, like talking with family or close friends.
英語で on purpose/deliberately のように言うことができます。
いずれも「わざと」という意味の英語表現です。
on purpose の方がカジュアルというか、日常会話でよく使われると思います。
例：
Did you do that on purpose?
それはわざとやったの？
